Important Information for California Members

Jan. 13, 2010 – The Livermore Post Office has notified SLFCU that mail was stolen from P.O. boxes at their facility some time between 12/14/2009 and 12/25/2009. The thefts included mail to SLFCU’s Livermore P.O. Box.  If you recently mailed a deposit or loan payment to the Livermore P.O. Box and have not yet received confirmation of posting to your account (either via a mailed receipt or via CU@home), please call us at 925-245-6940 at your earliest convenience. We will work with you to determine what, if any, action needs to be taken on your account.  
 
Please note that this only applies to mail sent to the Livermore P.O. Box 2908 and not to any mail sent to the branch offices or to Albuquerque.

The US Postal Inspection Service also requests anyone who suspects they have lost a check or other negotiable item in this incident to call 510-622-7440. Your assistance will increase the likelihood that the person responsible will be apprehended.
